How Alboraq works
Five steps, fifteen minutes. None of them requires knowing statistics.

Pick the instrument
Roots for the full diagnosis, Pulse to repeat monthly, Exit for people leaving. Each one comes with its questions and axes already defined.

Download the template
A spreadsheet with that instrument’s columns and the values allowed in each. One row per person.

Check it before launching
In «Template» you can see which groups would fall below the threshold and which values do not match. That is the moment to fix it, not later.

Create the campaign and send
The file is read in your browser: only the axes reach the server. On creation you download the distribution file, with each person’s email and link.

Read the report
It updates itself from the first response. It says which group is worst, on what, and by how much. Downloadable as PDF.
What each instrument measures
Roots · 24 questions
The five conditions that explain why people stay: whether they understand where the company is going, what their direct manager is like, whether work is well organised, whether they hear what affects them, and their intention to stay.
Recommended frequency
Once a year, or before and after a big change.
Pulse · 4 questions
Four short questions you can repeat without wearing anyone out. It does not replace Roots: it shows whether what you did after the diagnosis is moving anything.
Recommended frequency
Monthly or quarterly.
Exit · 9 questions
What failed and what would have changed the mind of someone already leaving. The one that hurts most and pays for itself fastest.
Recommended frequency
On every voluntary departure.
What everyone asks
Why is a group missing?
Because it has fewer than five responses. It is not hidden from the screen: it is never calculated. If a shift has four people, there will be no figure for that shift, and that is correct.
Can I find out who said what?
No, and it is not a setting. Responses and invitations are not linked in the database.
What if someone writes their name in a comment?
Then they identify themselves. The report flags comments mentioning roles or people so you review them before sharing.
What if I lose the distribution file?
Upload your list again and it is regenerated. We cannot rebuild it, because we never store the emails.
How many responses are needed?
The report works from the first one, but each group needs five to appear. Below 40% participation, extend the deadline before reading anything.
Can I compare two waves?
Yes, if they use the same instrument and version. If the questions change, the comparison is refused: it would be comparing different things.
